The Grand National Meeting hosts the most famous and richest horse race in the World ran out of the Aintree racecourse, just outside Liverpool. The Meeting which is ran over 3 days, attracts over 9 million viewers on TV and for many, is the one race a year many people bet on. Races across the meet include the Group 1 Aintree Hurdle, The Melling Chase, but all are overshadowed by the Grand National. Aintree hosts some of the biggest fences in the circuit including The Chair, Foinavon and Becher’s Brook the biggest of them all.
