These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms on which hospitality is sold — those are issued separately with your quotation and confirmed before any booking is made.

Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean that company. Contact us at [email protected].
2. By using this site, you accept these terms
If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you visit is the version that applies.
3. What this website is for
This site describes the sporting and music fixtures at which we arrange corporate hospitality, and lets you send us an enquiry. That is its purpose.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and sending an enquiry does not make a booking. A booking exists only when we have issued a written confirmation and you have accepted it on the terms set out there.
4. Prices, dates and availability
Hospitality at major fixtures is finite, allocated by venues and operators, and priced by them. As a result:
- Prices shown are indicative, given per person, and are confirmed at the point of booking. They may change, and they may differ by package, date and guest numbers.
- Everything is subject to availability at the time you book. A fixture listed here may be sold out.
- Where a month is shown rather than a date, the organiser has not yet published exact dates. We will confirm them when they are released.
- Package contents, hospitality formats, dress codes and timings are set by the venue or organiser and can change. We pass on what we are told.
We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that every price, date or description is free of error or completely current.
5. Sending an enquiry
When you use our enquiry form you agree that the information you give is accurate, and that you are authorised to give any details you provide about other people, such as colleagues or guests.
We will use what you send to respond to your enquiry. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
You must not use the form to send unlawful, offensive or deliberately misleading material, or to send bulk or automated messages.
6. Our content
The text, photographs, design and arrangement of this site belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
You may view, download and print pages for your own business use in considering hospitality with us. You may not republish, sell, or make our content commercially available, or use our photography elsewhere, without our written permission.
The names, logos and trade marks of venues, competitions and events on this site belong to their respective owners. We use them to describe the hospitality we arrange. Their appearance here does not imply that we are endorsed by, or affiliated with, those organisations unless we say so.
7. Links to other websites
Where we link to a site we do not operate, we do so for information. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content or for what they do with your information.
8. Availability of the site
We do not guarantee that this site will be available uninterrupted or free of faults. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice. We will try to give reasonable warning of any planned interruption, but we are not obliged to.
9. Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit our liability to you in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that:
- We exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations relating to this site, to the fullest extent the law allows.
- We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
- We are not liable for any loss caused by a virus or other technologically harmful material that affects your equipment through your use of this site.
This section concerns the website. Our responsibilities in relation to hospitality you book from us are dealt with in the booking terms issued with your confirmation.

How we collect and use personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
